By accessing or using TubeCoach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TubeCoach.

2. Description of Service

TubeCoach provides YouTube channel management tools, including channel audits, video analysis, content planning, community features, and AI-powered recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

TubeCoach offers various subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TubeCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TubeCoach, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
